Pauline van der Lee

Co-owner

Pauline van der Lee

With a daily meditation practice of over 23 years, both as a teacher and student, Pauline brings a grounded and practical approach to creating awareness. She has a Pedagogue educational background. Regardless if a work form has been already chosen, Pauline plays into the needs and processes required by a group or individuals, to provide what is required ‘in the moment’. Her acting and roleplaying skills stand her in good stead to be flexible in her approach. A training participant states it beautifully: “Pauline’s specialty is the ability to feel the environment. She has a very strong intuition and she knows what to do with it. She has a strong leadership and has the ability to speak her mind when it does not feel right. She brings peace and happiness into a room/to an individual. Her presence alone brings calmness.” Pauline’s individual and team coaching skills have been honed from over more than 10 years of working at every organizational level: from employees of innovative start-ups to executive levels to those reintegrating into the workforce. Again, her intuitiveness and ability to discern and ask the right questions stimulate the coachee/team to probe the challenges they face and come up with proactive solutions.

Mary Jane Roy

Mary Jane enjoys creating and developing programs, supported by scientific research, so that participants can develop resiliency, maintain their well-being and work-life harmony, while performing at their best! Background: Stress Counselor training; various communication courses including NLP Master Practioner and Compassionate Communication; HeartMath Coaching Program; Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence; Happiness@Work Coaching Training; and most recently, Univ. of Penn. online Foundations of Positive Psychology have all added to her mastery of this. Her specialty as a cardiovascular nurse while a Military Nursing Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, further supports her learning in the topic of resiliency and well-being. Her motivation on this path started in 2006 when she discovered that stress wasn't her best friend. Her stress responses had become toxic. She began to study what stress is, and how we can handle it better. How can we thrive and make stress work to our advantage? It led her to finding her purpose - sharing the knowledge and self-care methods so employees can better manage their emotions. Inadequate coping strategies in high stress/challenging situations are costing people their health and businesses unnecessary profits. She speaks both Dutch and English.
